I have dual monitors, actually 3... and most games are not given the option to put it on whatever screen you want. Either I have to have it on my main screen in full res or my preferred screen in a smaller res or some weird combination. Some game designers do this quite easily to select which monitor you want it on by giving some kind of option. But most games don't. WHY? Do they not know that people can own multiple monitors? I want to switch easily between playing fallout and doing something else, like downloading porn or something. So why are no one considering that people might have at least 1 more monitor than normal? Its like they are denying it. Because the games I find an easy option for multi monitors are not AAA games, they are some other games you may not have heard of. WHY?!

Name games that allow you to do this. Go!
"Who am I to tell you something that you already know?
Who am I to tell you 'Hold on' when you wanna let go?
Who am I? I'm just a sicko with a song in my head and it keeps playing again and again and again and again."

I do wish more effort would go into accepting dual monitors.
I have my gaming PC connected to a monitor and my main tv. If I want to play a game on my main tv, I need to switch it as the main display, otherwise games will all launch on the monitor instead. It's annoying to have to make this change whenever I want to play on the big tv. Some games allow windowed mode, but the game resolution usually lowers or doesn't look as good as full screen.

Right?! I bet someone else also have thought of the Idea to connect your TV to your PC, I mean Steam have "the big picture" so why not acknowledge that some people might have kept their old monitor while connecting the PC to the TV. And also those with a gaming laptop usually would want to run their game on the TV while still having something else open on the laptop(Torrents, Facebook, Skype for talking in the game on MP, a site with a GUIDE to the game)

It also bugs me when games freeze up or minimize if you click into another monitor.
I want to be able to multitask. For example, collect resources on some RTS game I'm playing while watching and navigating through youtube on the other monitor.

rise of the tomb raider right now, which is a port to the pc, has the option to make it windowed, and then so that the resolution customizes itself when i maximize the window, which is almost there, but not quite. most games cant even make it another resolution without going into menus.
