Since launch or whenever you got the game. How do you feel at this point in your Destiny career?

I made it my goal to get the G.Horn rocket launcher, and that would be the last thing I could give a shit about for this game.
Mid March, a miracle happen. Everything I ever wanted from this game, I've gotten all in one week.
Finally acquiring it during the fight against the DeathSinger out of all places, I got it. I was content, but not complete, since I had a few characters not 32 yet due to constantly getting better armor thus wasting Radiant Material practically after just being done fully upgrading what would be soon inferior.
A week or two ago, I actually went on hiatus from the game. That's how complete I am. If I wanted too, I can trick myself into playing the game some more just to upgrade the MIDA Tool. But I'm mainly around to help raiding and nightfall. Don't care about rewards anymore. Almost same goes for Crota's End, since I'm the only sword user, I'm stuck using the Hunter at the end, which means I won't get rewards if we go for three runs.
Well last night, one of my friends learned to wield the sword for Crota's End, so now my clan has two sword wielders. And to my surprise, he was a fast learner. I mean, less than five attempts. I'm also getting better. The only thing that could ruin my sword holding is if I botch my jumps which strangely I'm starting to do now...eek.

I've done pretty well for myself in Destiny. I've completed both Raids over 20 times with most of my characters. My Titan is not ready yet for Crota, but my Warlock and Hunter (both level 32) are and I've done well with both of them. I'm capable with both Raid relics (Shield and Sword) and I'm generally the best player in my Raid groups.
As for exotics goes, all I'm missing is the Gjallerhorn. Otherwise, the only things left on my want list are the Crota's End Warlock helmet and the Black Hammer raid sniper rifle. I have all the other raid weapons from Crota's End and enough radiant materials to upgrade them completely.
Due to the nature of my job, I'm only able to play on weekends, so I still don't feel the effects of any burnout whatsoever. House of Wolves is coming soon and I'm anticipating what's coming up. Then the Comet expansion in September, which should have a massive amount of content will probably keep me playing at least for a while longer. If I remember correctly, the expansion will contain 12 new story missions, 6 new strikes, and 3 new raids. So yeah, LOTS of stuff to do, not to mention us on the Xbox will finally gain access to the Dust Palace strike, as well as the exotic weapons Monte Carlo and Hawkmoon, considered by many to be the best weapon in the game as of this moment.

Crota's End:
Hard Mode:
....we can't beat it.
As sword wielder. The attacks I am used to perform doesn't kill him quick enough before we are swarmed with infinite hell.
...I'm afraid this is mechanically out of my reach.

You using the mid strategy? Although it's doable with all classes, it works best with Bladedancers because of stealth. I pretty much do mid strategy for Crota all the time now. I'd help you out and run sword with my Bladedancer, but there are 2 problems. Problem 1, I have to run Crota normal with my Hunter. Did it with my Warlock yesterday and while I got a raid helm, still no Black Hammer. So I need to do normal again to try and get it. Problem 2 is I don't have Dark Below on 360. You've stated before I shouldn't get it simply because I wouldn't be on much and it'd be a waste of my money.
That all being said, I'd still be willing to help, but I would definitely want to run normal for rewards. If you have another character with the hard checkpoint, or someone else in your raid group has it, we can avoid a full hard run through.

I always do mid strategy.
The problem is that I'm not doing enough hits on each down I guess?
On Normal I could get him half life after one wielding attempt, then the next wielding attempt he's done.
But the same thing doesn't apply for Crota in terms of dmg. The dmg I would do to Crota on Normal that would eventually end him doesn't even get him to half life on Hard. Ugh.
I'm being told to do RB RB RT (which I do) but now with the additional of RB RT and I'm like "FUCK THAT"...wut do?

Do RT RT RT instead. At level 32, you'll end him in 18 hits. Provided your team downs him twice on each sword. It'll take 3 sword runs to kill him, but it's the most consistent way to do it. Also, if your feeling daring, you can do 4 RTs if you time it right. Just know that on the 15th hit, he'll enrage. So keeping a count of all your hits is important.

House of Wolves has been dated! May 19th. Just a little over a month away.

I love how Bungie didn't even bother to change the date in spite that everyone knew this since February thanks to megamanexe4.
Here's the trailer because you people love that stuff.

Nah, this is just a confirmation of the date. Bungie could've changed it.
