They're both kids, I think. One was 15, the other is 13. At least according to the comments.
I find the comments both funny and sad. Some justify it because the 13 year old burned the badge and compare burning the badge to be the same as burning the flag of a country. Wow. How sensitive can these kids get about these stupid meaningless things? Then again, I was that age, might've overreacted too back then. Regardless, both are idiot kids.
