Yeah I beat it on Pacifist and I beat "Hard Mode". I really wish it had been more challenging but the game itself has a pretty good story line. The battle system was unique for an RPG though at the same token it was reminiscent of a game like Galaxian where you have to avoid attacks especially when you fight against Mettaton (unless of course you do Genocide Mode and even then after you attack its pretty much the same idea).
Anyways the difficulty was disappointing, the game play itself was creative, the artwork is shabby but then again I'm not one for art anyways, and the story and plot were definitely well crafted.

I think I just finished everything in the game
First did a run through where the only one I killed was toriel (I thought I was supposed to wear her down, but NOPE)
Then I did a genocide run and felt like a complete monster.
Then I did a pacifist run and still felt like a monster.
This game plays with your heart. Literally and figuratively....
