Alright, let's get a bit more in depth with your complaints
You main a sniper now. Do you have a sniper with Final Round? Do you use that perk in PvP? If you do, you're part of the problem. Final Round on snipers makes it so that body shots are lethal. If you've played Trials of Osiris, you might've heard random sniper shots being fired as you're finding your opponents. That's a Final Round sniper fag ready to one shot you. Making it so Final Round damage is precision based takes out one shot body shots in PvP. Final Round is now irrelevant in PvP.
The hand cannon range nerf is necessary, and The Last Word is getting a range and stability nerf anyways. They're fixing the bug that allowed for hip fire precision damage when ADS. The Last Word is basically the shotgun of hand cannons, and it's meant to be used at close ranges. The fact is, The Last Word is used at ranges not meant for it, much like all hand cannons are. So the buff it gets for hip fire is meant to ensure the weapon gets used the way it's supposed to be used.
The Black Hammer nerf makes sense because if you nail precision shot after precision shot, it does more damage than Ice Breaker (which is also getting a nerf...which is something I find a little strange). That White Nail perk makes Black Hammer basically an exotic right now. The change makes sense.
Gjallarhorn nerf was needed. Bungie stated that it's the go to PvE weapon, and I am definitely in agreement with that. It's just too powerful. The reduction of power to the Wolfpack Rounds is the right call.
The shotgun nerfs aren't what you think either, as it's not shotguns getting a nerf, but rather two range enhancing perks: Shot Package and Rangefinder. And it's a good thing.
As for pulse rifle nerfs, they're going to be slight, and the stability nerfs focus mainly on the medium rate of fire variants, which I interpret as Red Death and The Messenger, which are both 2 burst headshot kills.
Also, I find it funny you think all of this is purposeful. That Bungie intentionally made a weapon like Gjallarhorn for the sake of creating new experiences for it's game and making them easy as fuck to complete. Making PoE harder? Please, I've beaten Skolas a number of times. He's not hard, just time consuming. The additional enemies make it hard.
Oh yeah, White Nail wasn't the only perk that was fucked from the Crota weapons. Phantom Gift fucked with the Word of Crota until it got fixed too. Never mind the fact that Bungie seems to enact these changes when a major patch is about to release, which is exactly the case here, as all these changes are coming with the 2.0 patch in preparation for The Taken King. Makes more sense than just throwing in a hotfix which only addresses the short term problems and not the longer lasting problems. These major patches are when Bungie wants to make significant changes to better balance the game. And while I would like for Bungie to release MORE patches to address these problems sooner, I'll take what I can get.

Of course. I start maining a sniper rifle and they start nerfing it. I felt alive in PvP again when I was suggested to use Snipers, and it works for me!
So let me get this straight.
In order for the Final Round perk to work, it must be a head shot for instant kill?
Because the last time I checked. Headshots with Snipes were ALWAYS instant kills.
They're nerfing general handcannons notably to me is the hip fire.....and then they said they're buffing hip firing on The Last Word.
All of my whut.
And the best thing about the Black Hammer that made it so unique is getting nerfed. Fuck off. If you're gonna pull that shit, then remove the cooldown on ammo synths. This thing is going to be a bullet eater, no amount of mag increase will fix that. And the gally is getting nerf. All this for the sake of making PoE harder and the future DLC Raid.
I knew since day one of the White Nail Perk, it was going to be a force. Bungie purposely fucked it up so that the gun was useless in Crota Raids. Then when coincidentally, the new House of Wolves DLC comes out, they fixed it after many fucking months later, because Bungie thought Crota DLC will be "obsolete". Even throwing Crota pvp maps into Standard game rotation. But because Bungie fails to think far ahead, they didn't think that the Black Hammer will be OP in the new Prison of Elders. Can't immediately nerf it now, it would be too obvious. But son of a bitch they thought of a way to eventually kill it.
Shotguns are getting nerfed but we read that countless of times before.
Pulse Rifles are getting a stability nerf and a little then some. I AM FUCKING BROKE BECAUSE IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE PERFECT ROLL ON THE HOPSCOTCH PILGRIM FOR A WEEK NOW. SHOULD I FUCKING BOTHER?
