I'm upset because there is zero reason to take labels of the original Power Rangers other than to bait nostalgia fans like myself. Every fan of the oldschool has the right to bitch. The film has the same character names but different every fuckin' thing else. There are generation of Power Rangers through out the years, so why the fuck couldn't THIS be another different gen? No, instead, it's a reboot.

Out of all things, they couldn't keep the exact race diversity of the suits!?

The black kid is the blue ranger
The chinese man (dude is 28 lol wtf is this) is the black ranger
Mexican chick playing the yellow ranger

But the white people is fine though?

And who wants to bet that one of the characters is gay? Anybody? Anybody? C'mon, 2016's theme is almost over.

I already knew ever since we got news of the actress playing Rita that this wasn't going to "my" Power Rangers.
And lo and behold, debuting her outfit, she looks like Poison Ivy from Batman. It was fucked for me since day one.

Now comes the trailer, which I had no plans of watching but one of my friends forced me.
And it turns out, I've already saw this Power Rangers movie a few years ago.

Because it was damn near my fucking comic book idea I had as a teen, except the movie totally 1-upped it.


So the origin of this new Power Rangers reboot is literally Chronicle.
