Well, went to the doc to get this side pain figured out. She ruled it as muscular pain, as in I'm not stretching a lot before the day begin or when i go to the gym. Glad it's not super serious but she said to keep on eye on it. I have to measure my blood pressure for a couple weeks and turn in a log, they say it's a little high.
It was well worth going to the gym and cutting back a lot of junk food. Water is life.
She took me off all my meds, and told me i was well controlled, she was even shocked. I was walking out of there with a big ass grin. Gonna keep this routine going FOREVER. Gonna hit that gym HARD today.
