Such a tough choice, all of the games I've come to grow and love over the years, but I believe Ocarina of Time will always be my favorite. I still remember unboxing it in Christmas of 98 and just being so overjoyed cause I knew this game was awesome. And it was, still to this day I find myself picking it up. Link to the past is probably my number 2, played that days on end when I was a little kid.
