Call of Duty: Black Ops 3

The Easter egg for the latest map pack is ridiculous and is taking many attempts with my friend to get it done. It's a lot of fun though. They did a good job with zombies this year.

Apparently, Microsoft thinks I own this game because it appeared on my games & apps ready to download, welp I remembered we rented this game...lol. This game is hard as fuck, that is all.

The game was available for free as part of Games with Gold a long time ago. Just recently it also became backwards compatible.

I'm not real big on the horror genre, but this game has metroid like atmosphere, like the suit upgrades, and I hate how there is Insta-Death on certain things, like stepping on these certain tiles in area. Because just like the early Resident Evil games, Dead Space is also a Survival Horror game. A genre I can't fuck with.

Finally got to the 5th Chamber, died at the Boss. The 5th Camber is full of BS hazards, and when it generates a small room, your screwed. XD

Speedrunners

It's already going to be out of "Beta", I see they added more Achievements and also I maxed out on the XP. I got my Golden Characters unlocked.

Halo 5

Warzone Firefight Beta, too easy and it's just 5 rounds. . . everyone will save up the req points and unleash OP vehicles done. They got to add more things, yes they give you 5 mins to destroy everything in each round.

Edit:

When you get to a round where they spawn the the Garage area, your fucked. I've lost like 5 games to that round.

Skullgirls

Just doing arcade mode.

Doom Open Beta (PC)
It doesn't really feel like Doom. It's fun for a bit, but I get tired of it after a few rounds at a time. I can imagine the single player being a lot more satisfying than this.

Blade Kitten (PC)
Holy shit this is trash. Don't play it.

Strider 2014 (PC)
I really don't like this game at all. One positive thing about it is that the controls and feel of playing as Strider are excellent. Doesn't feel weird or stiff at all, he plays VERY well. Everything else is so fucking boring and effortless. I feel like this happens when you try to expand an "arcade" idea and try to make it a full-fledged game.

Project X Zone 2
Almost done with it. It's almost exactly like the first one. Also, no Frank West. 0/10

Ratchet & Clank 2016
dsfjerwiufnjdevnsjfnrefweodifjf so BEAUTIFUL! Jesus Christ, I don't think I've played a game this gorgeous before. And the gameplay is on-fucking-point.

It took me a bit to realize it, but this reboot is basically the first game getting the same treatment as Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes (add features and changes from later games, make the story and cutscenes more dynamic and epic) as well as REmake (recreate the original, but add a ton of new content for the gameplay, environment, and story). And it couldn't have turned out better! Thank you, Insomniac Games. I don't know how you can still do it after 14 years, but I love it.

Xenoblade Chronicles X

Now that I'm not comparing it to Xenoblade Chronicles, really enjoying it. Pacing feels pretty erratic on my part, mostly because I usually end up exploring parts I haven't seen yet instead of doing affinity and story missions. Regardless, enjoying the expansive world, and the customization options are huge

Dark Souls 3



Finally took a stab at a Dark Souls game, and i'm loving it!

A lot of dying

But also a lot of satisfaction when beating a boss or getting through a tough area.

Undertale

Yet another genocide run completed. I've lost count as to how many I've done..


Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

I picked up this game again. Thought about starting over but on a harder difficulty. Normal difficulty was just too easy.

Left 4 Dead

Tried to reconnect with an old friend.
The next day, played with randos.
This girl was singing Insane Clown Posse over the mic.
I almost chimed in and tell her that I was also down with the clown <3 but I didn't. I didn't want anymore friends.
I'm glad I didn't, because she sang Eminem afterwards. Dafuq m8

Shantae and the Pirate's Curse

Game's still fanservicey as fuck (not that it's a bad thing) but damn does it still play good.
