From your Xbone main menu
Store->Games->Search
Search for Rock Band 4, go to add-on content, then hit the "..." which shows all DLC.
They show the album covers for most of them, so that helped me remember which ones I bought. Took me an hour to go through the whole thing.

How you guys liking it?
It's a little more minimal than I thought it would be, at least when it comes to its bells and whistles. Customization is super limited, there's no fun cutscenes (that was so satisfying in RB3), and there's also a few issues like the fact that none of my scores are saving.
So besides the fact that not all of my legacy DLC is compatible (certain songs I know for a fact I bought as regular DLC, but it still demands that I pay for it on the store), I noticed even those Track Packs they released as separate discs do not count towards the Legacy offer. At least not now, hopefully down the line they'll fix that first issue and later comment about the exports under our accounts. I'm sure right now they've got their hands full.
Oh, but I love the guitar's self-calibration. It worked like a charm, it's perfect. That alone makes getting the RB4 guitar worth it. Still, I think I'll try the GH3 guitar I have somewhere around here when I buy that add-on for wireless instruments.
The song selection for the base game isn't too much to speak for, but I've already found a few new songs from it that I thoroughly enjoyed. Gotta have an open mind, right? Also, I had no idea Uptown Funk was in the base game, that's fucking awesome.

Your right about the customization, but you'll have to unlock most of it through those tour choices, other than that it is very limited. But hey, free style solos are actually kinda of fun. you can turn them off too. I did order the adapter, and it wont come till friday. I ordered it through amazon.
Base songs are alright, I mean more music to discover and all that. I love the roulette style when it comes to choosing your songs. That's fun, and until they get co-op going...
oh, yeah. when the intro played for the first time. I was like WHAT, no intro? then when you actually press start, they show your fucking band. fuckin' awesome.

I honestly don't like the freestyle guitar mode at all. It sounds so out of place, no matter what song it is.

^Pretty good, if you want news on RB stuff. Speaking of which;
-They've confirmed that RB3 is going to be exportable. The only thing you're going to need is your copy of the game.
-They said that the other disc exports will be available too, and if you've already exported them on the older games, you'll be good to go for RB4 once they're available.
-Big December update is going to have 'new social and competitive features' and, more importantly, you'll be able to adjust the breakneck speed setting. So if it's too fast for you, you'll be able to adjust it to what feels comfortable. Pretty awesome.
-Harmonix has stated that weekly DLC is coming back, and to expect news tomorrow about it!
-Legacy adapter is fucking sold out at the moment :[
-New Rock Band survey, it's asking about what features you want back the most. Check it out here.
-A lot of legacy drummers have been complaining that the foot pedal wouldn't read fast hits, latest update fixes that. A lot are now saying they work great.
So yeah, really looking forward to their news tomorrow!

I knew something was wrong with the foot pedal, I KNEW it! I calibrated like 4 times , and it's only hard songs. I knew it wasn't me!
That sucks the adapter is sold out.
