And I'm excited to see a brand new Storm but that's sadly only it.
And they're bold as hell for introducing young Scott Summers unless they're totally ignoring the existence of the early films.
And if QuickSilver and Nightcrawler don't tag team to do something awesome before the film is over, I will immediately dub it shit.

Jubilee....once again, barely in the film. Just like the past films, she remains a "background" character.

Y'know how Iron Man 3 was called Iron Man 3 even though it was 98% Tony Stark?
"Jennifer Lawrence will be played by Jennifer Lawrence." I am not exaggerating. 
There's two or three scenes including the billboard poster moment where she's Mystique.
Fucking fire her, please! So we can get a woman that's not allergic to body paint and will rock the real costume.

There's a scene where are certain group of mutants are captured, they are in a vehicle that prevents them from using powers, later cuts to a scene where those said mutants are walking around free.....no explanation how they got free. Please correct me if I'm wrong.


I almost cut the movie off at the very end. Jean tapping into her Phoenix powers and able to control it and killing Apocalypse. BULLSHIT!!!!

The sad part is, if you ignore the story, it's *shudders* a decent film. It had it's moments.

Good to see their costume designs are still dogshit. I can go on and on about how fucking awful all these directors are for ALL of the movies when it comes to costume design, but this suave-sounding motherfucker (with much better editing skills than me) sums it up very nicely in this 6-minute video;

The sad thing is, she didn't even become a member of the team to stop Apocalypse! She was the only newbie cast that "stayed behind".
She was right there! "We" had her! 
And just like the past films, she remains a fucking BACKGROUND CHARACTER.
What the fuck is their problem!?

The next series will be set in the 90s. Hollywood has one last shot to get everything right. God help us all.
