I imagine the battery life is gonna be shit. Also this thing is not kid friendly. Pieces and screens will be broken. . .
Also not safe for anal cavities.
Also it feels like they want to kill off the 3ds. I will look more into it when I get home.
That's cool and all, but none of that is going to mean a thing to me unless there are actual games that I want to play coming out for it. But I'm cautiously optimistic about that since they now have a controller that's standardized so game companies don't have to submit to gimmicky nintendo controls to release games on it.

From the video and some screenshots, it looks as if this controller might also finally once again have pressure sensitive trigger buttons. It's not that I want to necessarily buy a new console just to go back to the past (especially considering I still own a GameCube), but GameCube games missing from Nintendo's eShop has bothered me for a long time now.
i like it, but i hope the battery life is good

Did the Wii U have sensitive triggers?

Nope. At least, not to the extent that some GameCube games required. The best example I can use is Super Mario Sunshine. It'd be impossible to play that properly on Wii U, as there would be no way to gently use F.L.U.D.D.

Oh man, as small as that little piss ant controller is, yeah, easily missing in the never-ever-land couch. Replacement controllers better be cheap.
