Tilt Arcade in West Covina has an Arcade Machine that is just an Xbox 360 that launches Street Fighter IV. You pay 25 cents to play for 5 minutes. Once time is up, the game goes to the dashboard and you can't play anymore.

A few arcades near have had these for years. Besides SFIV, I specifically remember they were used for Ultimate Marvel 3 as well as MK9.
