Other than the forced art classes in grade school to high school, no. and I wasn't that good either.

Honestly, Start drawing. then keep drawing. every, day. like any skill you have to do it to get better at it. Jackie Chan didn't do crazy wall jumps and flips n shit on day one. Granted some few can have raw talent, but those kind of people are honestly rare. To start,  do not trace, and instead make basic shapes. then shade those basic shapes. Basic shapes put together make the framework of art.
