well why are the cops in america the most hated and feared? is it because they do wrong security evaluations all the time?
But also, the first thing I think of when I come to a crashed car isnt; shit he is going to shoot me with a gun. its more like, is the guy hurt?
the cop seems like he thinks he is playing whackamole and the gun is the hammer.
in the military we keep our finger OFF the trigger UNTIL we are SURE to shoot. This is not even a situation where a gun might be necessary, do you see a firearm in the guys hand? he is clearly using his hands to CLIMB out of his wreck of a car!
I would hate to get in an accident in america, might get shot.
